Are you highly-motivated person, young dynamic, committed to excellence, eager to learn more hotel operations and career development oriented? We're currently inviting young professionals to fill in the following vacant positions at BIZ BOULEVARD HOTEL MANADO by Prasanthi.

1. Senior Accountant. The main duties are to control consistently the work performance of all the Accounting staff, to prepare accounting monthly report including Profit and Loss, to coordinate with all section heads in term of cost consciousness, to update the Hotel Manager's information pertaining to the Gross Operating Profit.
2. Engineering Supervisor. The main duties are to make sure that the maintenance of mechanical electrical is periodically done, to conduct the practice of fire safety, equipment and environment for all employees, the efficiency of using energy consumption.
3. Sales Executive. The main duties are to be very familiar with the variety of Market Segmentation's (Government, Corporate, MICE, OTA, Group, etc), to identify and fulfill the Clientele's objections and provide the solutions.
4. Room Division Supervisor. The main duties are to control consistently the work performances of Front Office staff and Housekeeping staff, to be able to implement and control the room status at all times based on the forecasting, to empower the competences of Front Office staff and Housekeeping accordingly as team players.
5. Chef de partie / FB Supervisor. The main duties are to implement and empower the basic cooking methods (Boiling, Broiling, Baking, Steaming, Deep Frying, Sauteing, Grilling, etc), to keep maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation of all Kitchen areas, to monitor and control the Food and Beverage cost, to make sure that all food materials are stored in the proper temperatures, to have the dining room cleaned, mise en place prepared, dining equipment cleaned and polished.
6. Front Desk Agent. The main duties are to handle guest check in-out by identifying the reserved guest, walk in guest, Group, VIP, etc, to be able to handle guest's complaint professionally. As a front liner, the Front Desk must be courteous, hospitable and show warn welcome to all customers either to the staying guests or to the arriving guests at the hotel.
7. Room Attendant. The main duties are to be very familiar with room status, types of rooms, room amenities and cleaning methods.
8. IT Support. The main duties are to make sure that the Hotel System works accordingly, to assists and coordinate the in-house customers (Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Accounting) in performing the system. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

NO ; 1,2,3,4,5, and 8

2 (two) years of working experiences with similar position, holds at least Diploma III Hotel & Tourism Education, has decisiveness and tactfulness, capable of conducting hard skills training, has the assertiveness of leadership style.

Fresh Graduates of Diploma I Hotel and Tourism College.
